- Overweight -
Experiencing the problem of overweight can cause a great amount of stress on the body, physically, mentally and emotionally. Struggling to fight against your own body weight (trying to loose weight), and the weight your body needs to carry, puts a lot of stress on the body.
For being overweight it causes the muscles to work harder and even over working the whole body. When a body part moves it needs to carry the extra weight with it.
Positive Self – Image always bring a positive attitude, and being stable emotionally. Having weight problems is discouraging which can turn you to be negative and experience a low self – image which cause emotional stress.
- Chemical Stress -
Over eating can disturb the digestive system by over working it and cause it to work under great amounts of stress. When eating to much, the body must make more digestive juice than normal to be able to digest the work load. .
The food that we eat contains vitamins and minerals. Eating to much will cause the blood to be over whelmed with these Vit & Min, that it will make it more difficult to pump the blood from the arteries to the small blood vessels. This will cause all the organs to work under stress.
- Mental Stress -
Worrying, deadlines, pressure at work, long hours of concentration can over work the mind and causes it to be in distress. To make the case even more troublesome, lacking of sleep will affect the mind and body.

1 Peter 5:7 Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.
Matt 6:25 – 30
Therefore I say unto you, take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment?
Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?
Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature? And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin: And yet I say unto you, that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith?
Heb 11:6
But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
